AUTOMOTIVE SALESPERSON
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all vehicle makes and models
- Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, internet, referrals, BDC appointments, equity mining, etc.)
- Work with sales managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the automotive industry and sales license preferred, but not required
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude

SERVICE PORTER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with service write-ups and tagging of customer cars and trucks
- Remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags before returning the completed vehicle to the customer
- Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damage immediately
- Perform deliveries as required
- Wash and clean vehicles before returning to customer
- Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed
- Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
- Assisting with customer deliveries
- Building and grounds maintenance as needed
- Other functions and special projects may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass DMV check, background check, and drug screening
- Ability to handle machinery safely
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to operate an automobile
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles

SALES PORTER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
- Keeps new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and following dealership display standards.
- Preparing vehicles for customer delivery
- Coordinating work with sales team members and management
- Maintains building and ground as needed
- Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed
- Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
- Assisting with customer deliveries
